This page will be used to track the progress of the municipal financial plan for 2027-2031. Check back regularly to see what's been completed and what's up next.

Current Stage

Staff are currently working on:

1. Finalizing the budget survey report for Council. This will show the compilation of data from this Summer's budget survey where more than 500 residents responded. This report will be brought to Council at a special budget meeting on November 26 at 4pm.
2. Staff are currently working on the capital plan for each department and finalizing funding sources. The capital budget requests will be brought to Council in December for their decision.
3. Staff are also working on the operating budgets for each department. The operating budgets will be brought to Council in January for discussion.
