Development Permits
Development permits are issued by the Council and are required before subdivision or any construction or alteration of a building or structure on land that is located in a development permit area.
Development permit areas are established in Metchosin's Official Community Plan Bylaw and include the
- Village Centre Development Permit Area
- Shoreline Slopes Development Permit Area
- Bilston Floodplain Development Permit Area
- Centre Mountain Resort Development Permit Area
Development Permit Fees:
