The annual Ryder Hesjedal's Tour de Victoria Cycling Event takes place throughout the Capital Region on Saturday August 16, 2025.
In Metchosin, cyclists will be going through the municipality between approximately 7:25 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Roads involved are: Metchosin Rd entering from Colwood, Duke Rd, William Head Rd, Lombard Dr, Rocky Point Rd, Galloping Goose Trail (behind Matheson Lake and Roche Cove), Kangaroo Rd, Lindholm Rd, Happy Valley Rd.
Roads will not be closed, however, temporary delays should be anticipated. Please use caution and follow direction of traffic control personnel.
